PILLAR ONE
Operational Continuity
Three managed tiers: governance, monitoring, or full function. Named senior engineers only. In-house 24/7 from day one. Never outsourced. Never white-labelled.
Run with you or run for you. Never run as a ticket shop.
Programmes stall when your team is stretched, and generic monitoring floods you with alerts no one understands. We run your governance and your monitoring with named senior engineers, in-house and around the clock, with you in command or fully on your behalf, so operations never wait on anyone’s calendar.
Your governance program, co-managed inside OTMATIX. Your authority remained.
Senior practitioners co-manage your Micro Governance program inside OTMATIX while you keep authority and approval rights. Annual or multi-year only, never a per-ticket.
Your in-house cyber team has two people and a backlog. When one is on leave during an audit window, the program stops. Governance that depends on a single person’s calendar is not governance, it is luck.
A program that stays live, audit-ready and current against your frameworks regardless of your team’s bandwidth, without surrendering control.
In OTMATIX the platform is the shared system of record, never a black box. You see everything we do.

Continuous monitoring with senior OT eyes. In-house 24x7.
Continuous monitoring by senior OT engineers, tool-agnostic across Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi, and Tenable. OT and Microsoft Defender for IoT, scenario-driven and in-house around the clock.
You bought the detection platform and now drown in alerts no one can contextualize. A generic SOC closes the ticket on a vendor laptop touching the safety network in eleven minutes, because an L1 analyst does not know that vendor was not on today’s authorized-access list. Watching tools is not the same as watching the process.
Your plant watched by engineers who understand your process and your access reality, named in your contract, never anonymous analysts paged at 3am.
In OTMATIX monitoring context is tied to your governance and scenarios, so every alert carries meaning.

Your entire OT cyber function, run by us. Named Resident Advisor.
We operate your entire OT cyber function under your governance, led by a named Resident Advisor, on a multi-year basis with incident command authority.
The regulator has set a deadline you cannot meet by building an internal OT cyber function from scratch in the window you have. Hiring, training and standing up a team takes years you do not have; the exposure is now.
A fully staffed, run and accountable OT cyber function, answered for by us and to your board, without you building it yourself.
In OTMATIX the entire function runs on the platform, giving your board and regulators a single, auditable view.

One Platform.
Running Continuously.
Every Control, Every Framework, Every Advisor Note.
Most OT governance programmes stall because they depend on a single person’s availability, a spreadsheet that nobody maintains and a PDF report that ages the moment it is printed. OTMATIX runs continuously. The programme does not stop when your team is stretched.
Frequently Asked Questions
A structured, step-by-step approach to identify risks, stop threats, and keep your business protected on all fronts.
Managed Micro Governance is a co managed service where OT Associates runs a client’s existing governance programme inside OTMATIX while the client retains full authority and approval rights. Operations Embedded is a more extensive service in which a named OT Associates Resident Advisor runs the client’s entire OT cyber function, including incident command authority, under a multi year contract.
A typical 24/7 SOC service monitors detection tools and generates high volumes of alerts that L1 analysts often cannot contextualise. OT Associates’ Managed OT Vigilance is delivered entirely in house by named senior OT engineers who understand the client’s process and authorised access reality, is never outsourced or white labelled, and is tool agnostic across major OT detection platforms including Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable OT and Microsoft Defender for IoT.
OT Associates requires a multi year contract for Operations Embedded because building the institutional knowledge required for a named Resident Advisor to run a client’s OT cyber function effectively, including governance, vendor coordination and regulator liaison, takes longer than a single year to establish, making a longer term partnership structure necessary for the service to deliver its intended value.
