How we handle your information.

This notice explains what OT Associates collects through otassociates.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: info@otassociates.com.

Your analytics choice

Optional analytics are off until you allow them. You can change your choice at any time here.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use our enquiry, contact and OT Posture Check forms we receive your name, work email, company, role, country, phone number (optional), your message and, for the Posture Check, your answers and scores.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. Pages viewed, time on site, the referring page and campaign tags, screen size, browser and device type, and your IP address, which we use on our own server to estimate your country and the network or organisation it belongs to. We store the IP address only in shortened form (the last part removed).
• Security records. Our servers keep short-lived technical logs and counters (such as IP addresses of failed sign-in attempts) to stop abuse.

Cookies and browser storage

• No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
• Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.
• If you allow analytics, a random session ID is kept in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
• Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a strictly necessary, secure session cookie that expires after 8 hours.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange what you asked for (steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding).
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

• Our hosting provider, which runs the server that stores this information.

Fonts are served from our own server, and IP-based location is looked up locally using the DB-IP Lite database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), so neither involves sending your data to a third party.

How long we keep it

• Analytics records are deleted automatically after 24 months.
• Enquiries are kept while we need them to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email info@otassociates.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the OAIC in Australia or your supervisory authority in the UK or EU.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections, sign-ins are rate-limited, and administrative access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive operational details through web forms.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top.
